The newly formed Tech Titans Blockchain Forum is excited to announce a series of three Blockchain Programs.

Mark your calendars because these three Programs are designed just for you.  They will:

  • ensure that you continue your DLT learning journey
  • help you determine how and when to apply Blockchain
  • build upon each other so you will definitely want to attend all three

(Yes, we use "Blockchain" and "DLT" interchangeably.  We favor "DLT" because "Blockchain" is just one type of "DLT."  See, you are already learning!)

As you are aware, Distributed Ledger Technology is going through its own hype cycle and it is promising to change the world, but yet the number of issues facing Blockchain seems overwhelming.  Therefore, to ensure that you stay current and to help you navigate the hype cycle, Tech Titans is presenting the following Program series:

  • Program 1: DLT Technical Issues
  • Program 2: DLT Legal Issues
  • Program 3: DLT Business Issues (aka realizing ROI)

The first Program will focus on DLT technical issues.  What are these issues, which of them are real, and can they be overcome?

  • Hard to learn and use
  • Scalability and performance
  • Privacy
  • Competing consensus mechanisms
  • Quantum threats
  • Hackability of smart contracts
  • Public vs. private networks
  • Governance: getting the best technical decisions made and implemented as fast as possible

This Program will assume the audience has basic to medium understanding of DLT concepts.
