Merging IoT and Blockchain to create business value
Featuring Chris Hanebeck, CEO, Truckl.io
This presentation focuses on the intersection of IoT and blockchain technology to illustrate how to extract business value from the combination of both. IoT technologies are well-established and have steadily gained in popularity ever since the term was coined in the late 90s. Blockchain on the other hand is a much newer and less understood concept that has recently gained traction, quite a bit of media attention and possibly also a poor reputation due to too much hype. The presentation seeks to leave all of this behind to focus on the business value that Blockchain technology can bring in general and to IoT application in particular.
